Late changes and missed visits
Late cancellations, missed appointments or unavailable pets may be subject to a fee. The final notice period and fee will be confirmed before this policy is enforced.
Our arrival window
Mobile grooming routes can be affected by traffic and earlier appointments. We will contact you if our arrival time changes significantly.
Weather and safety
We may reschedule when weather, road conditions, vehicle issues or safety concerns prevent a safe visit. We will offer the next suitable time.
